Rayl Surveying and Engineering Inc. is a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying company that has been located and established in Anderson for the past 35 years. We are committed to serving the City of Anderson and Madison County area, along with the surrounding cities and counties.

  Our primary focus of work has been in the commercial and government sector. We have been responsible for the designing and construction staking for many of the streets and sewers throughout the City of Anderson. Some of these streets include Main Street, 64th Street, and Enterprise Drive.

  We also enjoy working with many of the land developers on new and expanded residential and commercial subdivisions. Some of the subdivisions which we have engineered, designed and surveyed in the Anderson and Pendleton area include South Main Village, South Main Village West, Paramount Springs, Pendle Pointe, The Flagship, Lakes At Killbuck and Lake Clearwater. Other business developments that we have been involved with in Anderson include Skyline Chili, Culvers, Starbucks and the new Super WalMart.

  We have also been privileged to work with Anderson University on their recent Undergraduate Student Housing and Seminary Student Housing developments, as well as with many of the local churches on their new and/or expanded site developments. 

  We are proud to have helped engineer and survey Madison Park, which is one of Anderson’s largest church affiliated developments located on the former Ace Airport site. Madison Park is on the south side of Interstate 69 between Main Street and Columbus Avenue.

  Most recent we have been working with the Corporation for Economic Development CED on the new Nestle' plant site.
